Based on your event budget, guest count and type of event, FY will research the suitable venues for you and provide you with a list of available venues and pricing. All venue appointments and site tours will be scheduled by FY based on YOUR availability and we will negotiate the contract on your behalf.

Concept & Design

Get ready for some fun! Let’s set up a meeting to hear more about your vision for the big event. The team at FY will prepare a mood board that will help with the design and details of your event. This will help us to understand what your overall vision is and will better help us to recommend the best vendors to work with in making your event the perfect one you always imagined.

Event Coordination & On-site Management

Forever Young Events will provide all the necessary staffing to make sure your event runs smoothly and there are no surprises – at least no unintended surprises! We will oversee every aspect of your party from the morning getting ready details up until the client leaving the venue at the end of the evening!
